Diamond Antenna SX1100 Dual Power Meters provide a switchable selection of metering from one of two directional couplers in one box! One coupler covers 1.8 to 160 MHz, while the other covers 430 to 1300 MHz in three bands. Select the 1.8 to 160 MHz coupler for your Low-Band/VHF rig, or select the 430 to 1300 MHz coupler for your UHF rig. Since there are two separate couplers, you can leave the SX600 in-line with both rigs at the same time! The three UHF bands are selectable for 430-450, 800-930, and 1240-1300 megahertz.
Low insertion loss and accurate readings mean that your station will operate to peak efficiency. Speaking of peaks, these meters will read peak watts, as well as RMS! That's so handy when operating SSB on HF or VHF/UHF bands!
The SX1100 measures forward/reflected power and SWR using a single sweep meter. With three full-power scales of 5, 20, and 200 watts, the SX1100 provides handheld, QRP, and high power operating levels. With most of today's rigs providing 200 watts or less, the SX1100 will satisfy the vast majority of transceivers. Their compact-size, selectable power levels make these meters useful for testing both base and mobile installations.
Amateur activity on the 33 and 23-Centimeter Bands has been steadily increasing. Having an SWR/power meter to cover from 1.8 to 1300 MHz is a logical progression in test equipment.
